  • Original  Invitation in bealrus language with travel dates

  • Hotel Confirmation on Hotel Letter Head (not applicable for regular travelers holding Schengen, US, Canada, Japan, Australia and other visas / athletes / participants of cultural events)
  • Travel Insurance 
  • Original Bank Statement for 3 months with bank stamp and sign
  • Last 3 year ITR copy.
  • 2 Typed Visa Application Forms.
  • 2 Photos(Passport size 35 X 45,70% Face focus latest with white background),
  • Covering Letter 
  • Original or copy of visa request issued by Belarusian tour operator / health resort operator / agro-eco tourism operator (with copies of documents authorizing the company to render agro-eco tourism services)
  • Copy of accommodation booking on the hotel’s letterhead
  • Ticket.
